ASORC Accreditation
In order to secure ASORC accreditation for the purposes of the provision of occupational rehabilitation services across State jurisdictions individuals must obtain an ASORC Membership number. However, ASORC accreditation is considered to be not just gaining but also maintaining financial membership.
Eligibility for ASORC membership or past ASORC membership does not equate with accreditation.
If membership is allowed to lapse an individual is no longer considered to be accredited by ASORC and therefore not entitled to use the ASORC member number or to make any representation of ASORC membership.
ASORC Journal
The Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) Journal 16.1 (for 2010/11) was published in August 2010 and has been posted to all financial members and subscribers. Please contact us if you did not receive your copy.
